AVANTI VILLAGE housing Pafos. In an area of 27 acres at Pafos’ coast, the development includes 140 houses, streets, pools, and small plazas. Building types and arrangement address to Mediterranean village with neighborhoods and outdoor patios. Planting reinforced this feeling and due to the mild climate, quite soon multicolor gardens enriched the site. Following an energy conservation planting schedule, amount of irrigation water kept considerably low. The appropriate positioning of plants creates a pleasant microclimate, minimizing the use of air conditioning during summer.

Designing the pool, water features, planting, and outdoor rooms, as constituent elements of a natural landscape, added special character and quality to the project.
